I do some sort of working out almost every day. I do 4 days of weights + cardio and then on my rest days I do at least something. Like sometimes yoga or just walking a little further at the grocery store, or if I'm feeling really spiffy I'll go to the gym and hit up the treadmill. I wouldn't do weights every single day…

I upped mine to 1500 because with planning for 1200 I wasn't able to workout as much as I wanted without FORCING myself to eat more. 1500 gives me just enough to plan for extra if I need to , but if I end up not hungry, I'm not eating below 1200ish. I can't wait to see what my results look like!!

I'm 5'4.5" and my ultimate goal weight is somewheres around 130-140 but it depends on how much muscle I build between now and then because I am built to be thin, but I have wide hips so I'm not sure if I will have a lovely hourglass shape at 150 or if I will still need to lose a few!! I can't wait to find out tho!!!
