I’d love more friends to compete with in friendly health!

I think without surgery, it really only tightens up a little bit. I lost 75lbs about 2 years ago, and have maintained that loss for about 2 years. I have some areas I’ve been able to build more muscle, so it’s less flabby, but other areas I’m still trying to decide if it’s worth it for plastic surgery.

I've been using a lot of emeralds and corals for spring. Love it!

I looked at these at Sephora, and ended up going with Sephora's baked shadow palettes instead for $25 each.

When I told my husband what the scale said ( when I first started at 240 ) he said no way. He thought that I was probably about 200lbs. When I told him now I'm at 199 he was like really? He thought I was closer to what my goal of 160 is. I guess I just carry my weight really well ( always maintained an hourglass kind of…

You're doing fantastic! Congrats on coming this far, and I wish you continued luck and success on your journey!
-
Wow. You don't even look like the same person.

Congrats!

I'm pale. I love being pale. I use a little highlighter in my make up to give me a natural looking glow. My skin is amazing for my age. I get a lot of people who never guess my age correctly. I don't look like a wrinkled leather handbag like a lot of the sun worshipping/tanning bed friends I have.

I <3 my treadmill.

Starting a thread provoking fighting about how you don't like fighting on the internet. Oxymoron what?

I quit cold turkey September 1, 2010. I gained 20lbs. I figured quitting first was the important part. I would have never been ableto do the exercise I do now as a smoker.

I'm curious too. I'm not an apple fan so I'm leaning more towards the FitBit. I know I won't use the wireless options for the body media and their $6.95 a month plan.

I was wearing an 18. I am currently in a 12. I would like to be in an 8.

Ew. Both are gross. I'd rather be called skank cause that would be less offensive.

I look back at my wedding photos and wish that I had tried harder then to be the beautiful thinner bride. I get what you're saying. However I also can see, and relive the joy we had in our hearts as we pledged our love to one another and made a committment to become a family. Plus I think it just gives me more incentive to…

So what was said? Did op ever come back and tell us?

I drink socially and ocassionally. I find it's mostly around the holiday, and a glass of wine or maybe a mixed drink here and there. I don't over do it, so I never really feel any negative side effects from it. My husband doesn't drink at all. Never has. I didn't believe him when he first told me, but his family confirmed…

Or gasp you slept! You can't eat 24/7 and it's not fasting just because something isn't in your mouth.

Articles that link to studies or reference them. You didn't even bother to read them anyway. Typical of most people on here... pretending to be experts on thhings they don't know.
-
Hahaha the idea that you think that MFP logging is a controled study makes anything else you say invalid and laughable. I'm done talking to you about anything.

Bravo! Excellent post!

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2815319/ This is a great article/study about how skipping meals because you have no other choice in low income families and how it affects their MENTAL HEALTH as well as physical.

Sure you do... if you're 5'2'' and 200lbs you see every bit of that fat vs "muscle".
-
Exactly!

I tend to drink before and after my meal vs with it. I think it's all just personal preference.

It's what I weighed before I got pregnant back in 2001.
