Burning Calories
How many calories do you specifically usually burn a day through exercise? I know it will be different for everyone. I'm just curious what the norm seems to be. I seem to burn about 300-400 calories a day doing roughly 30-60 minutes of light to moderate exercise.

Scale
How often are you supposed to weigh in? I haven't yet other than my intital profile set up. I don't even own my own scale. I just didn't/don't want to be obessed with numbers. I know what I am doing is working since I went down a pant size, and I can hook my bra on the tightest setting.
