Pre Planning

Do you pre plan your menu for the next day so you can stay on track? I find if I do this I don't deviate, but if I don't then I tend to go over.

    I try to. Right now is a little interesting because I'm trying to maintain or even shed a couple pounds from the holidays, and my husband is bulking. We have to plan so he gets enough and I don't get too much.

    I also find its easier to stay on track if I plan my day in the morning or the night before. Sometimes I make changes or modify amounts but having a basic plan to go by definitely keeps me on track.

    I pre-plan as well. Does make it easier to stay on track. Plus being busy, takes a bit of the stress off, trying to getting ready for work, kids, gym, etc etc.
