I gained a pound, ugh....a lot going on right now and haven't been able to workout for the pass couple days.

I'm 190 now but I couldn't add it to the spreadsheet due to my computer being down and it wouldn't work on my phone.

April 8th I was 197.0 and today I'm 192.2 must say I'm happy with that, just want to get as far away from the 200's as possible

I try to workout early mornings when everyone is sleep and I go to the gym at night once the kids are in bed and my hubby is home.

My goal is to stop going over my calories and get back on track, last week was really bad for me I went over my calories three days in a row. I went over yesterday as well to be perfectly honest with you guys, but today so far so good, gotta get back on track, I have no idea how I even fell off.

Today is weigh in day!!!!!! my starting weight was 202lbs and now I am 198

Great job, you look fantastic, this is just the motivation I need to keep going. I have had a few days where I went over my calories but I got this and I'm going to get this weight off.

7 days a week with a combination of cardio and strength training, sometimes I might have a rest day depending on how I feel.

I am going to stay away from all of it, candy is evil....lol...well in my hands it is lol, I had some mini Reese cups thus week and let's just say those calories weren't pretty.

I love turbo fire, sometimes I don't feel like working out that hard but as soon as I get started I'm pumped and ready to go. I think my favorite class so far is the fire 45 class I love the music so much on that one and it gets me so hype and ready to burn that fat off lol.

great job, you look amazing, I started the 30 day shred but stopped after a few days cause I didn't really like it, but I hate buying stuff and not using it so I'm going to start back and do it the way you did it 10, 10 and 10 of each level and see if it works out better.

I promise to workout for at least 30 mins a day all week (which should be easy since I normally workout everyday for an hour or more)
