I had the same kind of 'flutter', I told my doctor and he asked how much caffine I drink every day. At the time I was drinking a whole 12 cup pot of coffee every day. :drinker: I've reduced that amount to 2 cups each day and the 'flutter' stopped. Hope that helps.

You could walk, do jumping jacks, deep knee bends, up and down stairs, etc. All of this can be done a little at a time throughout the day, during your lunch break, between classes, well... you get the picture.
