you fall asleep in the shower leaning against the wall.

I have also found that girls that are nasty and mean like that tend to get herpies. So you can smile on the fact that their nasty attitudes will probably lead them to a lifelong STD.

it also appears that people take a food scale with them everywhere they go and get food or they never go out and are teathered to their food scale. When was the last time your scale was calibrated? Is it even accurate? The point, its all relative to your surroundings. You want things in grams? Then measure it in grams and…

the real isnt that people arent using grams, its that they are using liquid measurements (cups) to weight dry foods. If people learned how to actually measure things with the right tools all of this would be a moot point. You dont measure weight with a mesaure tape and you dont measure electrical resistance with dial…

not everyone has the time, skill or equipment to cook everything from scratch. They do the best they can with what they have.
-
also watch out for the slow down and water retention the first couple of sessions. I just went through it and it really pissed me off. But now that I am passed the first couple of workouts it has begun to taper off. Just be aware that it is coming and be prepared. Good luck!

Those are both 2 different types of measurements. You are comparing volume to mass. Of course they dont compare.

keep up the work and F everyone else. Do it for you. A friend of mine when through the same thing. He was 450lbs to start, he lost 100 lbs. So those of us that knew him were amazed! But, to everyone else, he was stil a 350lb person so to them he was still overweight and would still make comments and snide remarks. It takes…

The Polar FT4 is about the same price as the one you purchased. http://www.heartratemonitorsusa.com/polar-ft4f-purple-h1.html?productid=polar-ft4f-purple-h1&channelid=FROOG&utm_source=CSEs&utm_medium=GoogleShopping&utm_campaign=heartratemonitorsusa&gclid=CN7QqsfGhbkCFWQ6QgodbhcAGQ

Those type of monitors are not very good for anything but getting a heart rate right at that moment. it can guestemate what you are burning but thats it The strap monitors allow for the sample rate to be much higher and can get a near constant reading which is much more accurate.

swimming can help there. Make sure that you are keeping your abs tight during the laps. it will eventually tone up.
-
you will build strength and stamina, not much bulking from swimming.

alright, im just gonna have to ride it out. At least today is a rest day and I can do some riding and swimming. Thank you all for the tips and sorry about the rage. I just get so frustrated seeing lbs adding up after I worked so hard to get them off.
-
pretty much what is going to have to happen for now. Im just gonna have to ride it out I guess. But if I hit 400lbs again, im gonna jump off a bridge or you know, eat a few hamburgers.
-
I worded it incorrectly. I know the numbers isnt going to go down dramatically, im worried because the number is going up. If I stayed stagnant or went up a lb I would be fine, but 7lbs is significant in 4-5 days.

2,632 is what the BMR calculator on MFP has. I have it set to sedentary as I sit at a desk all day. I do go to the gym about 6 days a week, but that is my only workout time as of now. I just redid the numbers and it says 2290 now and set at 2 lbs a week loss. For cardio, I burn between 400 and 1000 depending on the day.…
-
MFP puts me at 2260 for food. I am pretty confident it is correct as I have been weighing everything. I might even been slightly overestimating on some stuff but only by a small bit. I would say I am +/- 150 calories as far as accurate. I don't log any weight lifting calories, only cardio. I try to stay around that range…

I have found a lot of fake support in real life. People saying that I look skinnier and such, its BS and they are only patronizing me. MFP support has been sort of along the same lines for me with 1 or 2 friends actually helping and being supportive.
