My suggestion would be to drink, drink, drink that water.....I drink (2) 32 oz glasses of plain water than switch to a 32 oz glass of water with a crystal light to go packet in it. I can usually have all this in by 2:00 PM, then whatever I drink at night is just extra. Also, I switched from eating dill pickles as my snack…
