I am, I'm requesting you now
-
I know how you feel. After coming home from work I'm exhausted and the last thing I wanna do is take my poor pups for a walk!
-
You can add me! I'm the same, I definitely need more support to stay on track!
-
I like both... I don't really like people watching me so I like working out and home but then I don't have ellipticals and the bike at my house so I like the gym for those..
-
I'm going to start doing more squats, lunges, etc because my butts not as firm as I want.. I'll start out smaller though because I don't have much muscle. Probably 20 and add 5 a day.

I go with the no pain to gain philosophy. To much pain and not letting your muscles heal in between workouts is bad but if your not sore at all it probably wasn't that difficult of a workout for you! I also think you should switch up your workout in order to work various muscle groups!

Just make the dishes and insist that they try five bites. Then if they don't like it then they can have something else for dinner. The roasted red pepper hummus is a great idea too, I love hummus! It's delicious!

I'm sorry I can't help I just wanted to let you know that I have the same problem, even when I think I'm eating pretty healthy I'm ALWAYS over on my sugars... I would guess incorporating more fresh vegetables, and meats..

I don't if they are bad cramps, but mine are sometimes so bad that I barely move and am almost in tears... probably from endo. Anyway I try to do exercises that don't aggravate them. Some exercises can even help alleviate cramps. Maybe do some weight lifting, walking around, stretches, etc.

I don't work out when my husband is home at all... Its wierd considering he has seen me pee, my entire body, and other stuff you would normally be self concious of..

I need friends on here, so add me!
