I love Kashi Granola Bars.. The Dark Chocolate Cherry is the greatest it's only 120 calories and it has 7grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein.. I love them!!

Welcome.. I hope it works for you.. I have lost 2 pounds since I started last Monday.. I intake 1200 calories, and walk or do aerobics for half an hour.. I really like this site because it's easy to find foods from everywhere you love to eat.. Good luck and remember to eat fiber because that is what keeps you full..

I believe the key is believing in yourself. It gets easier to eat right and excercise. I have been doing weight loss since January and now eating right and excercising is habbit. You Can Do It!!! You just have to believe.

You could try to eat snacks that are high in Fiber because they make you feel fuller. I also reccomend drinking lots of water. I drink about 3 liters a day and it keeps me full. If you intake the same amound of water everyday you don't need to worry about over using the bathroom. I would also recommend finding something to…
