Just take it 1 day @ a time & don't get fustrated if you have some setbacks! Set a goal & you will amaze yourself w/ the results!

I believe the key is believing in yourself. It gets easier to eat right and excercise. I have been doing weight loss since January and now eating right and excercising is habbit. You Can Do It!!! You just have to believe.0
