LOVE Oikos Key Lime....Love for breakfast, snack, and good enough to be considered a dessert!!! Also love the vanilla one sprinkled with almonds!!! Did not care for the strawberry or honey ones.

I agree. Don't just go by the scale, take measurements as well. That is where you will see more changes, also in how your clothes fit. You can do this! Just listen to your body. Don't let the 9 lbs. get you down, instead I believe you are doing what you need to...using it as motivation to get back out there!! I can't wait until I can say that I "Love" running!! You look amazing! You worked hard for it, keep it!
