So myfitnesspal was what really kept me motivated when I started this journey and although I slacked off when it came to updating myfitnesspal, I stuck to my "life style change"...most of the time lol Today marks 1 year, 1 year ago I decided to take control. 1 year, a 500 mile move, a new job, an engagement, and 52 LBS later--here are MY results (:
210lbs to 158lbs and still goin' at it! :D feel free to add me (: ya can never have to much support!!
