Most probably water retention! Try a 12 hour fast and drink only water in those 12hours and lots of water and I guarantee you will drop at least half of those pounds!

Anything lost will only be water weight anyway... I tend to weigh more after exercise as your muscles swell .

I have an under active thyroid too and it can be so frustrating at times! I eat really well and work out but I just gain weight so easily =( I have found a low carb diet is the only way I actually lose!!

I have an unhealthy addiction to peanut butter and cant keep it in the house anymore unless I want to consume my daily calories in nothing but the stuff!!! It's so amazingly yummy !

I seriously understand you..... Chocolate is the only thing I ever really crave and I can't just eat a small amount I either don't eat it at all or binge. I have recently found the Fudge Highlights 40kcal hot chocolate which I have a mug of if i'm seriously desperate =)

Hey, Maybe you can try fasted cardio? I've found it's really helped me.... I wake up drink a black coffee and do 30 - 60 mins cardio on an empty stomach and then try and eat breakfast an hour after =)

Personally I think it does matter ..... That's like saying I could then eat 1200 calories worth of Mcdonalds everyday say a big mac meal and still lose weight then? No...

TBH I wouldn't worry too much about the figures and the actual amount of calories you are eating... you know your body at the end of the day and how you feel! As long as you feel full/satisfied, aren't fatigued or feeling sluggish, aren't gaining or losing on 1000 calories than why change it? Everyones bodies are different…
