i usually skip breakfast but if i dont i enjoy : Greek yogurt with blueberries mixed in
Lunch i stick with whole grain bread/lean meat sandwiches. Sides include protein bars and almonds (or any nut for that matter)
Dinner is generally lean meats with sides of veggies. (chicken, turkey, lean ground beef etc.)
You could google and find thousands of delish recipes...you might like crockpot recipes as well! easy to make/healthy/cheap/yummy. I'd google some...
I personally make a dish that has Quinoa, 99% fat free ground turkey, veggies, different kinds of beans, and seasonings that i find to be tasty and very healthy with good even macro distribution0 -
