I'm not 100 percent sure, but I believe I weigh about 112lbs. That doesn't sound like a lot, but because I'm petite in stature, loosing 10 lbs would be good. I have had this goal 4 ever!!! Hi! Search you tube for burst training excersises. Basically, they are a form of short but intense form of excersises that are know to be very effective in weightloss. You only need 10-20 min worth of time. Good luck!:laugh:
