I dont preach if it fits ur macros. But eat enough to hit ur macros. Going over nsy make u fat or have health consequences.

Hah! That would be s horriblr program. But horrible programs build muscle. Bad form builds muscle. Partial reps build muscle. They r not optimal though. Just stimulate alot of muscle fibers.

Not optimal but will build muscle. Progressive overload. Wk 1 50reps of 2lbs. Wk 2 50reps of of 4lbs. Wk 3 6lbs. Etc

Huh singles dont build muscle? I have had good results foing 5 sets of heavy singles in deadlift.

Remember guys carbs have four cals per gram just like protein. Fat has nine per gram. So saying carbs have alot of cals doesnt really make sense.

Op there is alot of misinfo on this thread. U may need to do ur own research or find some one who u know is informed for answers. FYI white bread, white rice, potates, noodles r not simple carbs. Good luck

Working in the 3-5 rep range or the 8-12 will produce similar hypertrophy.

To me u should only cut water if u r trying to make a weight class in powerlifting and then rehydrate before the event. Cutting water in bodybuilding just means u r not lean enough. Cutting water will flatten out ur muscles.

Jhagi. Creatine does not have acute effects. It only works when your cells r saturated with it.

I cant c y attemping a max on a compound movement woulf dramaticly increase the risk of injury. It may hinder ur performance for the week.

I'm curious? How do u train for strength and not get hypertrophy. Or train for hypertrophy and not get stronger?

Alcohol does not lead to any significant weight gain.. It will lower ur inhibition and make u,eat more fiod

Most people go by 1gram of protein for each pound of lean body weight..on a cut u may want to go alittle more protein.

It maybe that only 30 to 40 grams get absorbed at one shot but everything eventually gets absorbed. The protein gets broken down into amino acids which are stored in a pool in the blood. From there its absorbed at.a.certain rate.
