I believe recomposition is possible but not easy. Genetics plays a big role. Nutrition is also a big factor.

So we r saying that if u r in a slight calorie deficit and lift weights, ur muscles don't respond to the stress being put on?

Ur body never wants bto burn muscle for energy. Very inefficient. U have to be very lean or starving

Going over protein does not make u fat All fat that is not needed for hormones and some cellular function gets stored as fat. Carbs that are over first gets stored as glycogen then fat

Congrats on ur success. When i go ultra low fat (30grams) after a month i lose some libido. I lose alot of weight though.

I may cheat with high carbs but i still try to keep fats under control. I do more of a refeed.
