becuz on sun ur eating 3000 cals that makes ur avg daily cal intake 1450. u may only lose one pound a week becuz of sunday. good luck

very simple. if u weigh 165 and ur gaining weight on a 1200cal diet...ur not on a 1200cal diet. try weighing ur food and accounting for drinks with cals.

hi. u r just not in a calorie deficit. either u r over ur 1500cals a day by not logging correctly or ur cheat days r killing u. good luck!

op, how long have u been lifting? have u stopped getting stronger at maintenance weight?

i would follow wolfmans advice. u can lift all u want but if u r not in a cal deficit u will not lose weight.

an untrained person can gain muscle while on a deficit. a person who was not training properly can gain muscle while on a deficit if the persons starts working out properly. a person whose macros were were not optimal for muscle building can gain muscle while on a cut if the person starts to use correct macros.

linear progression does not last forever! after ur nob gains u gotta put in time.

cardio doesnt burn muscle. going into extreme calorie deficit burns muscle.

get a good variety of fats in ur diet. not transfats.

from ur pics u may have to lose 10-15 lbs to start to see abs. u have only been lifting for 6 month. i would wait another 18months b4 i would cut. in those 18months u would build alot alot of muscle and u would be able to see abs without going to very low body fat

yes there is a difference. the only bad fat is trans fat. you should get a good variety of the others in ur diet. dont listen to the media madness-fish oil does not cause cancer-

i like the term flexible dieting becuz it means that ur diet should be based on nutritious whole foods but its fine to eat a certain amount of "junk foods" as long as it fits ur macros. if u r a hardcore itfym u may believe that its ok to drink soda for ur carbs, pretien powder for protein, and heavy cream for fats, as…
