i wouldnt worry so much about saturated fats unless ur bloodwork isnt great. i would worry about the extra calories. the pb and alomond butter probably added 300 cals.

u make alot of sense bro. what we eat is a lifestyle choice. none is better than the other unless its making the user unhealthy(overweight, diabetic, malnutrition, heart disease, etc)
