I don't know of any, but if you search the forums, you'll be able to find a lot of recipes and others doing keto.

Congrats on taking a step in the right direction for yourself! To lose weight you just need to be in a calorie deficit, so if using the elliptical helps get you there then get after it! Start today! Good luck to you.

Eat some bread! Lol. If it fits into your daily calorie goal, you're good! Carbs aren't the enemy! This doesn't have to be grueling, everything in moderation!

With little information to go on, I would ask if you have any medical reason to avoid carbs. If not, fit them into your day! They aren't the enemy.

+1 Weight loss isn't linear. Water weight, TOM etc...make weight fluctuate daily. You will likely not see a steady drop.

Shoulders/Traps. But I do throw in a compound leg move every lift day, and don't have a dedicated "leg day". It's easier on the legs for me!

I have done this. Especially if the poster is struggling on staying with Keto. No reason for them to be so restrictive when everything in moderation will do just fine. And directing them to the group of low carb/keto may be detrimental. If the group says "keto is the way to go", the person should know, it's not the ONLY…

I read through it too, and couldn't see the issue. It's hard to tell context over text on a screen. What is considered rude or short, isn't usually the case. But people read (and read into) things differently.

Did you perhaps change your diet at the start of the new year? Maybe you've cut to many calories?

I would say it's because there are SO MANY THREADS about Keto. Every other post is about keto. I will only recommend something other than Keto if the OP is struggling with "staying with it". Most new posters about Keto think it's the only way to lose weight. Or "everything else has failed, trying Keto", like it's magic.…

Lots of keto threads. Use the search function to see some info. If keto helps you get to a calorie deficit then go for it. That's all that is required for weight loss. Personally, too restrictive for me. I like pizza and pasta. Ultimately you should pick something you can stay with.

Less of what you are eating now. Get a food scale for accuracy, log it, eat to the number mfp gives you.

I think that OP asked for people's 2c worth... Saying they are struggling to find foods to enjoy. Keto isn't for everyone. Why should OP continue if it's not sustainable for them?

You can lose weight with keto. You can lose weight without keto (just eat less of what you currently do). The important thing for you to do is choose what you'll stay with. Best of luck!

Don't think of it as "trying a thing". People's goals on here are achieved by creating sustainable habits to their life. You can do it too! It may take some time to adjust, but you'll get there. Take a peek at the "Must Read" threads in the "Getting Started" board. Lots of good info. Best of luck!

There's a one size fits all to weight loss. Calorie deficit. No need to spend money on expensive woo to get there. Just eat less of the foods you enjoy.
