I weigh my eggs before cooking them. Should I be weighing them after they are cooked? Before cooking weight: 226g After cooking weight: 180g I have been logging pre-cooked, but weighed them after cooking this morning and saw this huge difference. Which is correct?

Cardio exercise w/ limited ankle use.
Trying to let my ankle heal and I'd like to do some cardio stuff, but I'm at a loss. I can lift weights but need to do some cardio stuff too (at least I feel like I need to).
