It is both. I have numerous food allergies, they are not all this serious. Some psychological trauma has caused a relapse in the severity.

I am not sure, I have been having angioedema. It almost always happens after I eat Greek Yogurt, but sometimes with ice cream or even lactose free milk. I have not been back to my allergist in a year, because it cost too much.

I struggle with the same thing! I have only lost about 25lbs in the past 2 years, but I have lost about 50 inches.... so I say put the scale away for a while and focus on how your clothes are fitting. Good Luck!

i have not lost anything in 3 months. that is why i think that something needs to change. I have added some weight lifting to my work outs; 3-4 days a week.

very encouraging! i have been at a weight stand still for a couple months (gained about 10lbs over the holidays). I have lost a 3 since then!

I have been struggling with motivation too. i found a picture of myself from last December, and compared it to a current one. It helped a lot! seeing the difference in photos!

*To clarify. I have been anemic for over 10 years, it did not simply happen because i cut back on red meat for 3 weeks. I do appreciate the concern. I am back to eating meat.

THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH! After reading all your comments, I did have a little beef with dinner :) I also think that I may try out a new class at the gym. I also went to the tanning bed.... i think tan fat looks better that white fat! and it makes be feel better.

i meant all meat, except fish. I am A blood type, and that type is discouaged from eating red meat and poultry. I am only trying it out for one month, it will be over at Christmas. i have been eating a lot of beans. I am also anemic, i have been for about 10 years. I take iron daily, but sometimes i am just too tired to go…

i am also fighting with lack of motivation now! i usually try to reward myself with something, not food, for my first full week back at the gym. Rewards: new book, tanning, new nail polish... it works for me! and then i get to look at my pretty nails while i sweat on the elliptical.

thanks so much! 21 inches in a month is great! i started going to the gym yesterday; i have been walking outside a few days a week. Maybe the results will keep coming.
