Dairy Free- Need Help
Due to some allergic reactions, I am having to cut Dairy... it makes me sad. If you have any recipes or tips, they are greatly appreciated!

lose 2lbs per week vs lose 1lb per week ?
ok, so i have been at a weight-loss stand still since october... so today i changed by "goals" from lose 2lbs per week, to lose 1lb per week. any thoughts on that? it added about 500 calories to my goal. I am usually good about staying under the 1780 calories that was the goal at 2lbs per week.... suggestions?

somewhat discouraged

i have been using the MFP for about one month; i have lost 5 lbs and 21 1/2 inches! i have only gone over my calorie count once, i have been walking 1-1 1/2 miles a few days a week.
