Oh my gosh!! That is aweful!!! I luckily haven't dealt with anything like that at all! I am not to a professional level of dance & I would not put up with that!!

My mom was 5'9 and 115 her whole life but gained to 120 now that she is older! So I think when I get older I will also put on some weight! Also my dad was always very thin and could never gain weight haha but now I eat more than anyone in my entire family!

Ps. My highest weight was 110 but I stopped drinking soda and started eating healthier and lost weight & I'm also a dancer and take severel classes a week! But I've tried cutting back so the weight. An come on easier

Yes I hate being always cold! And I think no period is a good sign of being too thin! And when people get freaked out by your thinnness haha

And I am eating probably around 2500-3000 I tried gaining by counting my calories but I would just gain a few pounds then stop counting and lose more weight:/ so I just went to a nutrientist and am on a meal plan! I also drink shakes that support weight gain! Plus protein bars and lots…

I usually wake up at around 8 or 7:30 and I used to eat right when I woke up but then I started waiting till 9 and now I just wait until I am hungry:) which Is usually around 9-10:30 and I usually eat a protein bar and banana:)! And my last snack is probably around 9-11 or just whenever I get hungry:) of I'm not active…

I am trying to gain and this is what has helped me! Lara bars, Luna bars! Eating large calorie snacks!!! Try together your snack up to 200-300 calories!! Put peanut butter on EVERYTHIING!! And eats lots of dark chocolate because it's good for your heart and has lots of calories!! Also drink tons of chocolate milk or milk!!…
