The title says it all really. But does it matter when you do? We get up around 930am at the moment (have 2 young children so i am sure this will change), i am normally eating breakfast by 10am then we have dinner at 530pm and i sometimes have a snack at 730pm. We go bed around 10/11pm. Just wondering about everyone else? And does it make a difference to your weightloss

I normally have breakfast between 8-9 am and then my last meal would be 7pm.0

I typically don't eat until noon at the earliest, sometimes 2-3pm. I am awake at 630am on average. I eat until I run out of calories, consuming most of them later in the evening. I like to go to bed full.0

I have my breakfast around 730am and my dinner is usually around 530pm. I dont generally eat in the evening but if i do not past 8pm.0

I like to skip breakfast (just coffee) to make it easier to stay under my calorie goal. Sometimes I eat a snack around 10, sometimes I don't eat until lunch at 11:30 or 12.
No. Mean timing/frequency does not matter.0 -
I get up at 8, I eat breakfast around 11, lunch around 1-2, snack around 5, dinner around 7, another little snack around 8, then I go to bed at 11.0

To answer your post question first: No, it doesn't matter when you eat.
I generally eat as soon as I get up. On non-bicycle-commute days, that means brekkies at 6:45 or so (oatmeal, egg). On cycle-commute days, it's a slice of bread and a glass of water before I set out at 6:30, then a large helping of refrigerator oatmeal when I arrive at work around 8.
My last food of the day is usually a light snack or dessert around 8-9PM.0 -
i just changed my schedule! i want to eat alot after my kids go to bed....bad choices. so now i am going to start at 11 ish and eat dinner around 8 to prevent me from grabbing just anything when i have time to myself! hope this works !0

Breakfast between 730 & 830a
Dinner between 8 & 9p0 -
I fast from 9pm to 1pm. I just recently started Intermittment fasting and love it very much! I found that I would eat great that morning but came time afternoon I would snack on everything. But for some reason eating only from 1pm to 9pm helps me to control then snacking and I eat a more balanced meal. besides I usual have my dinner around 5:30-6 and feel full until the next day.0

First meal is at 6.30am, last at 11.30pm (snack), I eat all day long.
I don't know if it matters when you eat, I think your metabolism is what it is and I don't know how much it can really be changed. I have a very fast metabolism, I eat small meals and snacks all the time, I'm hungry almost all the time but get full quickly, so I eat for my entire waking time, 3 main meals and an abundance of snacks, and I eat a lot in the evening, probably at least 1/4-1/3 of my daily cal intake between 7-12pm. I have always been this way.0 -
Breakfast at 7.30 am and dinner which is my last meal at 7pm ish.0

I eat breakfast between 7:00-7:30 on work days and maybe a little earlier or later depending on my schedule. I work between 9-5 on M-F. If I go to the gym after that, I'm usually not home until 6:30 or so. There's nights when I eat dinner at 7 or 8.. sometimes 9pm. As long as you don't binge and go way over your daily calorie limit, it doesn't matter what time of day you consume your calories.0

I wake up at 7:30 and usually have breakfast at 9. I go to bed around 11 or 12 and usually have a snack around 90

I tend to have breakfast about half an hour before I need to go out, so usually around 8am. But when I have no teaching in the morning I won't have breakfast til 11/12. Then dinner is normally around 7/7.30pm depending on what else I plan to do in the evening. I've noticed that I eat 1/3-1/2 of my calories just in my evening meal, as it's the evenings when I tend to be hungriest and have more time to go find food if I want it, so having a big dinner stops me from wanting to snack from dinnertime until I go to bed (around 11pm usually). I go often have some herby tea or hot chocolate just before bed to help make me sleepy, so I don't know if you count that as the last meal.0

I am intermittent fasting 16/8, wake up at 6 am. First meal at 12 pm, last meal before 8pm.0

I usually wake up at around 8 or 7:30 and I used to eat right when I woke up but then I started waiting till 9 and now I just wait until I am hungry:) which Is usually around 9-10:30 and I usually eat a protein bar and banana:)! And my last snack is probably around 9-11 or just whenever I get hungry:) of I'm not active after dinner I might not eat again.0

I am a ridiculously early riser so I get up around 6 (yes, even on weekends!) and eat breakfast between 6 and 7. I usually have dinner between 5 and 6 and then I'll most likely snack until about 9:30 or 10.0
-
During the week, I eat around 830 or 9am but on the weekends I don't eat until 11 or 12. I sleep as long as our daughter lets me and thats when I eat.0
-
Pretty much whenever I feel like it. Some days i wake at 4am days im not working i wake around 6 or 7 so it's whenever im hungry. I don't restrict my eating in that manner0

At the moment on my work days I am usually eating at around 5am - usually a nice bowl of pasta with various sources of protein/fat in it as I find it keeps me going longer than just toast does since I then won't get a chance to eat until after 1pm and my last lot of food is usually at around 8pm-12am since if I go to bed early and then wake up say 7 hours later, I find I sometimes feel faint in the morning for not eating for so long - I haven't had this since having a late night snack.0
-
Varies from day to day. No specific pattern. Bottom line: timing of nutrition doesn't matter.0
-
Breakfast around 6 on weekdays, then my last snack is around 8 or 9...I try not to eat later than that because I get really bad reflux if I go to bed full.0
-
I find it soo hard to eat in the morning but i will always aim to have a banana and a innocent smoothie (strawberry flavour) either before work or i will take it to work and have at my desk (so either around 8am or 930am). My last meal i am trying to eat at 7pm if i can manage it and have tried to cut out all after dinner snacks as they are not good!0
