My old roommates and I dressed up like the characters from Clue complete with weapons. Separate from each other our costumes weren't so obvious so everytime someone asked what I was I'd say, "I'm Mrs White in the (whatever room I was in) with the candlestick (or whichever weapon, we switched all night long)".

I just finished the third one. They are incredibly overhyped. Christian does get a little better, you learn more about his past in the second two books. I wouldn't say that I disliked them but they are by no means great. The writing is poor and the story is basically Twilight if you take out vampires and werewovles and add…

Tonic has as many calories as Coke but you can buy diet tonic. Be warned though, most bars don't stock diet tonic.

Vodka + crystal light + splash of diet sprite

I take it (Bragg's ACV) everyday, I mix it with a splash of cranberry juice and a lot of water. At first it was really bad but I've become used to it and don't mind it anymore. I'm not really sure if it helps or not, I'd like to think it does. I didn't check my cholesterol or blood pressure before taking it so I don't know…

From my understanding it doesn't matter much. It is usually good to rest or switch up activites the day after a really intense work out (i.e. no long runs after a speedwork day, no strength training the same body part two days in a row, etc). You won't start losing fitness for about two weeks even though it may feel like…

Well for starters your diary isn't public so no one can see what you're eating. The easiest advice would be to eat more protein. First make sure you're getting enough and maybe add to that. Protein keeps you full longer. Try greek yogurt, chicken breasts etc.

Perhaps what you're wearing is to tight to begin with. Having VPL doesn't automatically change the shape of your behind but if they don't fit right then that could be the problem.

Mine is a Garmin and I love it. You're probably going to have to spend at least $150 to get anything decent, maybe more.

Do not start out to fast. You may run the first few miles feeling great and trekking right along but if your body isn't used to that pace it can't sustain it. You might have to consciously run slower which is hard to do.

Lawyer, yep. Cut your losses and move on. Then wonder why they chose to hide behind a soybean field when a corn field is obviously better for concealing things.

How many comments is a post allowed to have? 500?

Some people born in the '90's can legally drink.

I've never thought that much into it. If I spend 45 minutes lifting including rest time, I put in 45 minutes.

First and foremost, if you're worried about what other people think of it then you probably shouldn't get it. Do what makes you happy, not everyone else. If you really want opinions, I think the vast majority of tattoos look stupid. I feel more strongly about that having just spent four days looking at people in swimsuits.…

Fifty Shades of Grey <groan> The story is ok but if you've read Twilight it's the exact same thing. Take out vampires and werewolves and add in BDSM and there you have it. Also, 50 Shades is written very poorly. Best books I've read lately: Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand and The Language of Flowers of Vanessa Diffenbaugh

I have the Garmin Forerunner 201, it's been discontinued now since it's several years old. I think I got it in 2008, it was a Christmas gift from my dad (who is a sub-3 hr marathoner so he knows his stuff). It still works perfectly, I won't replace it until it dies. I don't use all the features mainly just pace, time,…

Has anyone seen the Charlie Sheen movie The Chase? I've never seen this in real life but I'm sure it happens.

I have an older model Garmin Forerunner 201, it's discontinued now but I've had it for several years and it still works perfectly. I really like it, but I don't use all the features, I mainly care about time, distance and pace. I do use the lap counter and once in a while the training partner. I would definitely recommend…

A plate of cookies is probably not a viable option. Good point about the facility not allowing it, you should definitely ask about that first.

It's a tough situation, do you have any mutual friends? She may have some kind of eating disorder that she'll deny even if you calmly approach her about it. I don't think that ignoring it is necessarily right, what if every person in her life chooses to ignore what is happening. Maybe approach her and in a non-accusing way…

If you have the cash, everything I've heard says Clarisonic is the way to go but they cost $100+. I've read the amazon reviews and keep hearing/reading it mentioned all over the place- celebrities, magazines, dermatologists etc. After vacation, I'm going to get one.
