I don't know if this actually works, but I've heard that drinking a couple tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar can help blood pressure. No harm in trying that along with exercise though.

If you like french fries, I would try Alexia sweet potato fries (I get chipotle style) or Alexia rosemary potato wedges. I really like both of these and I don't even like sweet potatos and they're about 130 calories per serving. I find them in the "natural" section of my local Kroger's.

No use dwelling on it now, but there is plenty of day left. Go for a jog or a walk or something!

I wasn't trying to be insulting, I can think of lots of beautiful women too but few are in Marilyn's league. To me she is the absolute quintessential example of female beauty, well her and Elizabeth Taylor.

I guess it doesn't much but egg nog grosses me out too.

Few women have ever been that beautiful but can you imagine having raw eggs mixed into warm milk for breakfast!?! Ugh!

"With joy which death alone can still" Line from the song Carmen Ohio, which has meaning to me in many ways.

Someone mentioned this already, but 4 $6 drinks EACH?!?! You better pony up some more money because you're going to need to call a cab. $100 dinner is a nice dinner when booze doesn't count for half of that cost. Also, whoever said manner don't go out of style +100000000

I never carry water with me but I also virtually never run outside if it's over 85, I'll wait till the sun sets or run on a treadmill. If I decide I do want water, I will run a 3 or 4 mile loop and stash my bottle under a shrub. I should be less judgemental but I usually internally roll my eyes at people doing 5Ks and such…

Read this somewhere: "Eat food, mostly plants, not to much"

Assuming you're not an elite runner, I don't see why this would be a big deal. That person should not be at the starting line or cross the finish line though and I wouldn't do it at a marathon like Boston, NYC or London. Chances are no one will notice as long as that person is motivating and stays out of other people's…

I went to a wedding a couple weeks ago and a handful of guests were in jeans! At a wedding ceremony in a church! I have no idea what is wrong with people.

Petty Woman The captivating story of a narrow minded and frivolous woman finding meaning in her life with a weathly, lawyer-punching, hooker-buying man.

I usually go to MGD 64 (64 calories) or a vodka (diet) tonic with lime although it's hard to find diet tonic at a bar. Regular tonic has basically the same calories as a Coke.

OMG NO! Your body burns 2000 (give or take based on size, gender etc) a day if you do absolutely nothing. It burns calories by doing things like digesting food and pumping blood. If you don't eat enough, your body thinks it is starving and desperately holds on to the few calories you give it making it much hard to lose.…
-
I'm certainly no expert but it looks like you need to eat more. You are allowed ~1500 calories per day and are burning upwards of 700+ on alot of days which means you need to eat about 2200 on a day where you work out that much. That ~1500 that MFP gives you already has a deficit built in to accomodate your weight loss…

From Runner's World: When is it time to retire my running shoes? Between 300 and 500 miles. Why the range? Because how quickly a shoe wears depends on you. If you land hard on your heels with each stride, for example, you're going to wear through shoes more quickly than more efficient runners. Go by feel. If after a normal…

I'm pretty sure you aren't suppose to put running shoes in the washer or dryer, I certainly wouldn't. Good running shoes cost too much to ruin, imo. Here is a link to a Runner's World forum: http://www.runnersworld.com/community/forums/runner-communities/marathoners/cleaning-running-shoes

I quit watching after last season, it got too ridiculous for me. Although I'm curious, how did Lexie die?

I just finished the second book last night so, yeah, I thought this too. DOM followed by the word pain is very reminiscent of FSoG

I love Larabar's, at least most of the flavors, a couple flavors are duds. I try to eat one of those on days I work out since they're fairly high calorie- usually 190-220 each.

My dad ( a sub-3 hr marathoner) used to take my brothers and I to the local track. We had to stay in the middle of the track while he ran around it. By the time I was 13, I was babysitting them for a few hours at a time.

Skyline Chili! Unless you're from Cincinnati/Dayton area, then you probably love it too!

It varies, I usually do between 3-6 miles so 30 to 60 minutes unless I'm specifically training for a 1/2 marathon or something. My longest runs have been 13.1 miles in the races. Haven't made it up to a full marathon yet, maybe one day. If you start increasing distance once you can run 5 miles anything beyond that is in…

I can definitely see both sides to this but if this is a serious SO then their opinion does count, I can't see how going completely against them will help a relationship in any way but it is your body. You need to sit down and have a conversation with them about why they don't like it. Is it just a blanket statement about…
