  • I can't remember his reasoning, but on one of Dr. Oz's shows he said that if you're trying to lose weight he recommends drinking 3, 8oz. glasses of 2% milk every day, and that he prefers that over skim milk for losing weight. He gave his reasoning, but like I said I can't remember what it was. You could always try that.
  • I have had to make peace with the fact that it is going to take time to lose the weight. I am just trying to make better choices, and not really depriving myself of anything, just cutting back a little here and a little there, and adding exercise to my life. If they aren't changes you can live with then they aren't changes…
