You all are so kind :) I only have one kid and she did a number on my belly LOL. When I first started I of course downloaded the MFP app and ate about 1500 calories a day. Thank you! It's been hard but I've kept at the dieting and working out and the results are definitely showing. 35 lbs has been so hard to lose but I feel so much better!

Ok so ultimately I'm doing the right things by watching my calories, exercising and eating right. Eventually at some point doing these things I will notice the love handles shrinking and going away?

So basically you just keep doing your current exercises and eventually the fat will come off? I am trying to not do the same sort of exercise for months on end, I know of course changing it helps with gaining muscle and losing fat. So as long as I keep up with the exercising I will notice the fat gone one day?

Thanks for all the responses. Really just getting motivated was something I had to do for myself. I finally was tired of feeling so frumpy and fat. Now that I do work out 6 days a week I feel weird if I don't you know? The first two weeks were tough but now it's like a daily thing. And I know I will always feel great…
