Starting pic is around 207, but I started at 220. The right pic is around 175. My lowest was 173.8 but I am doing strength training and I am currently sitting around 175-179. But I am very happy with my results. I am gaining lots of muscle :D

Starting pic was about 207 lbs. My highest weight ever was 230 while I was pregnant. I lost 10 measly pounds and started my journey at 220 lbs. I have one daughter who is almost 2 years old. I started working out and using MFP about 10 months ago. Progress between pics is 10 months

Also I do Crossfit and it's serisusly the most amazing strength/cardio training I have ever done. I would recommend checking out a local crossfit gym and see if they offer an intro class so you get an idea of what it's like! Also between the two pics was about 10 months (march 2012-January 2013)

Be very careful with your form and kettlebells. I pulled a muscle when I first started doing the form wrong. Make sure you thrust with your hips and squeeze your butt cheeks. Hmmm I don't really look at carbs but it varies. It says my goal with 1360 calories a day is 186 carbs per day. If I exercise, let's say I do crossfit and I burned 1300 calorie,s my goal went up to 365. I hope this helps. For dinner I usually try and eat a protein and a veg and eat my carbs during the day.
