Mine would have to be that my friend bought me this sweater for Christmas and I just realized that the tag said SMALL! I don't think I've ever worn a small! So not only did I fit into it, but the fact that my friend thought I was small enough to fit into a small, was even more of a "victory". :)

yes, thank you!!! another thing i have found in my search for recipes was a facebook group called i <3 my deep covered baker...they have TONS of recipes on there too! i have made 2 microwave meals in it this week and they were both delicious! i love this thing!

This is a stupid question but I've never had any type of squash so what does it go with? You just eat it by itself, or with something else? I think the white chicken chili is the featured recipe this month. I'll have to give that a try :) Thanks!

this isn't going to help you right now with being at work, but since you are a fan of chinese, there is a great recipe in the weight watchers cook book called orange chicken with broccoli. soo delicious! definitely something you could make and bring to work the next day. hope you figure something out for today though!

I just started this game too and I'm still sore from 2 days ago! Like so sore that I can barely walk down the stairs! LOL I'm still going to push myself to continue doing it though! It's so much fun!

HOLY MOLY! i use 2's and it kills me! at one point in the video jillian actually mentions that she's only using 3's because it's high reps and low weight, so you may actually wanna do the 5's if you have nothing smaller!

I don't know about the yoga but I have tried the JM workouts. They're on Comcast on demand where I live and I LOVE them! (But hate them while I'm doing them! Can someone help me figure out a routine to do that I can actually burn that many calories? I've been plateauing for so long at this point and i just need to get a kick start to losing again. i think this is the perfect way to do it but not sure how to go about it. Any ideas?!

i figured out what i did wrong...on the ones where you can choose the reps (like the tricep ext) and the length of time ones (like the boxing) i'd click on the reps or the time then i'd put in the amount of time i did in minutes which really was supposed to be the times you did that many reps or that many minutes! LOL well…
