weighing yourself everyday- worst idea EVER. I weigh myself once a week, usually on the same day (Thursday for me). I need to lose 130lbs total. I've lost 15 thus far. If I think of the total number it's overwhelming, but i'm working toward 20. then the next 20, again and again, until it's gone :-)

sometimes, for a change of scenery, i take my daughter to the park at 47th ave/Paradise and while she plays, i walk laps around it. have to do that after the sun starts to go down though :-)

I walk past the Zumba class quite a bit to get to the treadmill, and though they look worn out, they look like they had a blast. With my work hours, I just can't get to the Y in time for the class.
