Still stuck at 180 :*( I haven't budged since the 19th. I hate plateaus. But good news is my inches are still going down. I've lost 4.75" in my waist and 2.5" in my hips since May 1st so I can't be too sad about it all. Will try again next month! Great job everyone!

I did the same thing. I've lost 15lbs since I started mid-April. I've been averaging about 3lbs a week. Waiting on it to taper off but I really hope it doesn't. lol

My big things right now are walking around the neighborhood or local trails, as well as Zumba on my Wii and also 10 minute solutions kickboxing (which I adore) and that one is on Netflix right now if you have it. I want to start Insanity soon.

That's what I've never understood about my stomach issues. I've always been the exact opposite and it happens no matter what I eat. I can have something sweet, healthy, fatty, non-fatty and still have to go. So I couldn't help you there :(
