    Gonna give this a try also! Buying my new scale tomorrow so I'll know my exact starting weight better. My scale this morning said (I think) 187 but it's a dial scale and sucks so I'll update if I need to tomorrow :laugh:

  • Hi everyone! I found this thread (and site) whilst looking for others who are trying to lose 10 lbs. this month. So count me in!

    My challenge is that I'm a 50-year-old female and am dealing with stubborn "hormonal" weight. But I'm very determined, and happy to have found others who are equally determined! :smile:

    Okay this is hard for me - I dont share my weight - I just told my husband the other night and that was becasue I slipped and read the MFP "If everyday were like this one you'd weigh XXX in 5 weeks".

    But I need to overcome this stigma to get the support and encouragement I need and want.

    So here I go...

    thank you for sharing i know that it is hard, when i started MPF the first time i weighed 315 pounds, i had to change profiles since then but because of the support on here and at home i am 238 right now you can do this it is just making right choices every hour of everyday. you can friend me if you want to. im just getting back in to weight loss after a head injury.
