Insanity works! I did it for two full months straight. True i didn't see much change the first month besides being sore all the time. Yet definitely by the second month i noticed a difference and so did my coworkers. 15lbs lost over two months is ok. I'm definitely more toned from it. Now i just incorporate it with other…

mango salsa grilled chicken, your choice of vegetable or side: Ingredients: Grilled chicken breast (i usually buy the season and pre-cooked ones at kroger) mango salsa (i found this at kroger too) You can prep the chicken the night before or in the morning, then heat up for lunch and top it off with the mango salsa.…

yes. i exercise almost every day but I vary my intensity. No one day is exactly the same. On a day that I don't feel like working out I do a short 12 min high intensity work out and i'm done.

First, you can and you will lose the weight. Motivation comes from within yourself. When I started my journey 10 months ago faced with 60+ pounds to lose, I said to myself that this is going to take a while. Don't worry soo much about what you can lose in 60 days but focus on what you have to do in order to lose the…

i agree with the post below!!! I will add to this some people can eat over 2200 calories and some how still lose weight. congrats to them.. Not everyone can follow the USDA and FDA nutrition guidelines..and if the nutrition guidelines were perfect then obesity wouldn't be an epidemic in America.. I will emphasize that…

You know at the top of the DVD it says "lose up to 5lbs a week"? I tested that theory and it definitely works. It's the perfect solution if you are in a plateau. It's only been a week and my upper abdominal muscles are sore. So I can say that if you do this DVD and stick with it, it is very effective.

good question, I don't get it either. I think one thing people fail to realize is that there is no "ONE DIET FITS ALL". What works for one doesn't work for every "BODY". Many people get too wrap up in the USDA "recommendations and guidelines". Thats just it, its ONLY recommendations and guidelines but in reality you have…

in my opinion, your calories are fine. The big question is what are you eating? Your exercise is fine too. The big question for exercise is, have you been doing the same routine for the last 3 months? Sounds like Your body has become "adjusted" to what you consume and the exercise that you do. So you have to change it up.…

It depends on what you do. I was in a similar boat except I didn't carry my baby to term. MC at 5 months but nevertheless. before pregnancy, i was 145 and after I was 207. This was April 2011, I started exercising almost everyday. I WASN'T really moderating my diet that well. So this process didn't do much for me. By…

The following is probably the best advice from a previous poster. I was definitely in that boat but more so with "food" and not exercise. Until one day I just sat him down, and talked to him about my goals and why they are important to me and for us. It took some adjusting for him to comply. He has been great with…

What does your diet consist of? Since I've been doing this low carb and high protein, I am less hungry myself.
-
im watching it now. yea its shocking. even so called "diet" food isnt good for you. i haven't had fast food in a year unless you consider mcdonalds oatmeal fast food.
-
you're doing everything right as far as exercise. what about your food intake? in particular, how often or how much starch, bread, pasta, potatoes, etc do you eat? i had this issue too and it wasn't until i changed my carb intake when the scale finally moved.
