Location Location Location all I can say. But i'm in the same boat@ 32. I wonder the same too. It's a scary dating scene out there and I think I might crawl back in my woman cave lol. Yet, don't lose hope. If you got the time and patience, keep trying.

Protein shake of choice: Dymatize ISO 100, prefer the low carb protein with less sugars. But this is just to supplement. I can't do meal replacements as i never full with that alone.

Ouch! yes today was a little tough but nevertheless 150 squats are done for the day 20 Plies 20 Regular 20 squats w/ front kicks 15 squats w/ weights and then repeat all for a second time Have a good Sunday!

130 squats done and boy I am feeling it today. Yet I'm not finish. My workout for today will be a lower body HIIT session. Great dedication and motivation everyone. Goals, I have no major goals.
