:laugh: I'm glad I checked this before I went out to walk the dogs....otherwise I would have done a lot of squats on my rest day.. Squats are not a new exercise for me, so I haven't noticed any special results except the joy that comes from adding a new discipline.0

Yes rest day! as far as changes, I don't notice anything other than being sore. Lol0

I have lost an inch around my thighs:-) and a bit sore. Any suggestions for stretching exercises for a sore calf muscle:-)0

Didn't realize it was a rest day so did 80 squats, but I didn't do any yesterday so I'll count that as my rest day. Haven't really felt the burn yet, maybe I need to add more weight, I'm doing them with 2 x 2.5lb weights at the moment so may have to buy some heavier ones.0

thank goodness for rest days! ive noticed my inner thighs a little tight....but its a good tight:bigsmile:

Yay for rest day! After getting past the initial soreness I've noticed my thighs and glutes are getting firmer. And I could tell a difference this evening when I ran in a 5k0
