Small suggestion in addition to what everyone else has said: try switching to only drinking water and never soda or juice. Those calories add up quickly, but are easy to cut out. Good luck with your new, healthier lifestyle!

A chocolate banana shake is my personal favorite. Cut a banana into chunks & freeze it. Pop it in a blender with a cup of soy milk and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Amazing dessert you don't need to feel bad about! Also really easy to add protein powder, if you're into that sort of thing.
