I usually gain a pound or so, which disappears (usually with a bit extra) the next week. I don't seem to get any particular cravings on TOM so my diet stays the same, but I don't exercise as much. I usually get at least one or two migraines during the week, and I always skip workouts when I have a migraine.

I do 4 days on, 1 day off. Bit early to tell if it's working yet.

I'm working towards Christmas too! My goal is 0.5lb loss per week until then. I lose slowly (I wrote I was a "slow loser" first time around, then read that back and thought I should probably change it!! ) Feel free to add me too :-)

I just started 30 Day Shred this week and it is HARD! I'm not that fit. I am really enjoying it though.

I know three people who have tried it. The first lost a significant amount of weight but has since gained it all back and more. Well done on your loss so far! I stopped losing about a month ago, after eight pounds. I was only eating 1200 a day and a few people suggested that might be the problem. Did you recently start working out? Because when I started working out properly I actually gained weight! It was the most depressing thing ever! I've since read it's to do with your muscles holding onto water, but I didn't know that at the time. I lost it all and more after a few weeks though.
