You can count me in. What I find strange is that I will go weeks at the same weight and then suddenly drop two pounds in a week. Can't work it out. I'm starting to lose motivation now so really hoping I have a losing week soon...

Mine's 27, but my waist is always fairly small - I don't tend to put on weight in that area for some reason. My hips, well, that's a different story!

I sort of mix the two - I do try and eat more healthily than before overall, but if I want a treat then I will have one if it fits into my calories. I can completely relate to your post! I felt like that at the start too. I'm still frequently amazed at just how many calories are in some foods - the trick for me, like others have already said, is logging in advance to avoid any nasty surprises. And you'll learn as you go along plenty of lower calorie alternatives...…

I'm 5'6.5" and I'm aiming to get down to about 130. I have quite a small frame so I think that's right for me -may have to re-evaluate when I'm closer though!

I didn't start getting them until I was 19 and I'm now 26. Mine really vary - can be anything from one every 3 months to 3 a week.
