    Essex newbie need some friends for support.

    Hey everyone,
    I'm 23 years old. I'm 5ft 9in and I currently weigh 190lbs. My goal weight is somewhere between 140-150lbs. I'm looking for friends for motivation and support.

      Hi, I live in Essex too. Been using mfp every day for a few months, but as I have been on my phone, didn't realise there were forums. I am 5'10" and have currently lost 18 pounds (now 156),
