I would suggest a strength-training class at the gym (BodyPUMP, CXWORX, or any applicable one) that's a high-intensity "body-shock" system where they pack a lot into 30 or 45 minute workouts. I do CXWorx for my core and man, it's a killer! But I feel like I did a 3-hr workout when I'm done. I do Spin for my cardio (it's an…

CXWorx is a a 30 minute strength training workout that never gives you a break - you're always switching muscles. Their website says approx 230 calories are burned in that 30 minute period, so I add it to Strength and Cardio. MFP is not cheating me out of my calories burned! :D

11 pounds lost, and you wouldn't know it by looking at me. :\ But I try on some of my old clothes every time I go out, and I'm starting to be able to wear clothes I got too big to wear this time last year. Still have the muffin-top over the pants/jeans/shorts, but at least they fit me and can be buttoned. :)

5'8, 160lbs, and I wear a 10/12. It's all in my belly though...most of my "less-skinny, but not fat" jeans mostly fit the legs but just don't fit over the belly.

I'm 5'8 and my goal range is 125-135. I'll be comfortable with 140 if my body is more muscle than fat though.
