i had band (2009 which slipped) and coverted to bypass 2015. imo rny all the way, for me the dumping syndrome keeps my food choices in check, ie i could eat that food, but i will suffer, so i wont! also i lost way more with bypass than the band ( no sleave on offer back in 2009)
