Pretty much what I've come here to say. I can totally understand why you're upset but don't be too hard on yourself. Weight loss takes time and unfortunately isn't always predictable. :)

Thank you for making this topic. My weight loss has slowed down and I've been really worried that I was somehow messing up my weight loss or being greedy and over eating because I kept going over 1200cals a day (not by much, just a bit). I feel so relieved reading this thread!

Unfortunately if you're an apple shape that's probably one of the last places you'll lose fat. I'm a pear and even though I've lost about 14kgs (31pounds) so far I still have wobbly thighs and bum! I've found mine to be a pretty good indication of where I'll be. It's always been true within about a 1/2 a kilo or so.

This is a perfectly normal way to feel. When I get in a slump I try to focus on the "non-scale victory" kind of stuff I've achieved up to this point. Like fitting in a smaller size of pants or being able to walk longer without getting tired. Try to focus on all that you have achieved instead of what you still want to do. :)
