  • Pretty much what I've come here to say. I can totally understand why you're upset but don't be too hard on yourself. Weight loss takes time and unfortunately isn't always predictable. :)

  • I've found mine to be a pretty good indication of where I'll be. It's always been true within about a 1/2 a kilo or so.
  • This is a perfectly normal way to feel. When I get in a slump I try to focus on the "non-scale victory" kind of stuff I've achieved up to this point. Like fitting in a smaller size of pants or being able to walk longer without getting tired. Try to focus on all that you have achieved instead of what you still want to do. :)
