Great thanks. No it is not a national chain. Little place in SC. GREAT food. I just added up the components. The only other problem is the dressing. It was sort of a honey mustard type but thinner and a little sweeter. Just scared I will be way off and eat over my limit. Thanks all.

I usually do 20 minutes of jogging holding 1 lb weights and then 10 of step aerobics holding the 1 lb weights...good luck..

Yes you have to eat your exercise calories or very close. Not junk food of course (although wine gets me tripped up but I just eat a little less) I was paraniod when I first started wanting to shed some pounds about eating. Start by doing step aerobics at home. Gget a step like 6 inches high and while watching TV just step on and off. Tiem yourself.
