I do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It's a combo of strength training, cardio and core and it's about 25 minutes. No time to get bored.

I heard if you leave the pit in the half you don't use it helps preserve. I also sprinkle with lemon or lime juice and then wrap. Seems to last longer that way.

The reason I joined mfp in the first place was due to slightly high blood pressure. I set my sodium at 1500 mg a day. Anytime I eat anything jarred, canned or packaged its hard to stay at that. Bread has been a real shocker and canned soup doesn't existfor me. For me it plays a significant role in what the scale shows. I…

This is what I do too.I also read that it burns more fat if you exercise on an empty stomach. Not sure how true that is but heck I'll try anything :)

bump-thanks for the reminder. I had made one over the summer with fresh raspberries and blueberries and lemons. it was so good and i refilled it a few times with the same fruit in the pitcher.
