I have the same problem with sweating, no matter what I do. I wear a halo head band but I am definitely going to check out that Headsweats baseball cap. Sometimes I wear a baseball cap and I looked at it the other day and it has white swear marks all over it. Kinda gross!

I made shish Kabob on memorial day. It was very yummy and everyone loved it. Basically just a protein and veggies, seasoning, a little olive oil. You can use lean beef, boneless chicken of shrimp.
