  • not bashing just saying.....She's 17, not a lot of life experience, therefore naive. I know at 17 I certainly thought I knew it all, by 22 I knew a lot more and now I am 33 I realise I am still learning
  • Please do not assume I have no knowledge of cultures......and I am certainly free to have my opinion. If it offends you .... sorry, but yours certainly offended me....and a fair few others. Think this part of the discussion should end and just go back to the original post question now.

  • When I was 17 I was in a relationship with a 24 yr old......not a huge difference, but he was called all the names under the sun and mocked for it.....you don't want to be THAT guy!! Maybe aim for 20 plus, not saying don't bag yourself a young hottie, just 17 is a tad young.

  • I used to sit on one every day for 8 hours at work due to a back problem. The only problem is people kick it lol I have a 75cm ball and I am 5'11 - it's a good size for me and always funny when my best friend trys to sit on it at her 5'2 frame lol
  • I have a 3 year old Chocolate lab called Lola. I walk her for 30 minutes three times a day. So thats about 6 miles over 1 and a half hours. Sometimes I take the ball launcher with me and she has a good blast. She is currently flaked out on the floor after her third walk....
  • try using carrots, sweet potato and parsnips for the chips instead of regular potatoes. enjoy!!
  • Most of my heels are 5 inches which rounds me up to a fantastic 6'4 and I love it. Turn all the heads when I walk in to a place and I can always find my friends :happy:

  • I am aiming for 11 stone ( 154lbs ) if I can get there. I am what they say "big boned" as well so I am not sure if that will be too light for me.   • you are being too hard on yourself.... just keep it up, it sounds like you have started this really well. Sorry - st is short for stone (14 lbs) I was 15 stone 2lb - or 212lbs then at new year 14st 2 - or 198 now I am 12st 12 - which is 178lbs

  • writing it down helps. Just try and stay focused... write down why your doing it and if you feel yourself sliding look at the list and do something like going for a walk. Best of luck.

  • You are human - it happens and doesn't matter as long as its not a regular thing. And your honest with yourself and not ignoring that you did it. log it and then burn it!!   • try mixing your exercise up a bit more. Interval training is very good for this and not that time consuming. maybe you might need look at whats making those calories up as well. Are you eating enough volume of food. Your body might just be hanging on to those pescy lbs. Good luck - keep positive.

  • When you do a dead lift it pulls on your hamstrings so you will feel it there. try adding a row into it to really feel it in your back. Do 5 dead lifts and then 5 rows for example. make sure your elbows are tucked in!! :)
