  • Hi. I'm from the UK and I'm pretty excited about the next few months ahead with you all :happy: My starting weight is 171lbs and I would like to be 150lb by December 2nd. (which is my 40th birthday!) Good luck everyone. Kate ps when is Thanksgiving? (lots of people are using that as a goal date)
